Jangan terikut-ikut

Kekalkan rentak sendiri. Jangan sampai bila lihat orang berlari laju kita pun ikut nak berlari laju, bukankah kita dah tahu stamina kita takat mana. Nanti rebah di tengah jalan… tak sempat sampai ke garisan penamat. Berlarilah dengan selesa mengikut kemampuan.
